I had to share this.
I was scratching around for examples of episodic short format content when I came across Nescafe's Love over Gold campaign from the 80s.
I have to say it's really good. This tension-filled love story between a foxy fellow (so English) and his classy looking neighbour had me hooked.
Sometimes my job is really fun.

The actor is a young Anthony Head, currently enjoying fame as the British Prime minister in Little Britain. i once saw him in a live show where he silenced a heckler by making the 'necafe bean shake' hand movement - which was appropriated into the UK culture as a physical euphemism for 'Wanker'. All class.
